Families often choose private pools and exclusive beach access in the Beach Pavilions or the Beach Residences, which have private dining alcoves and large living areas.

The Ocean Pavilions with Private Pool promise the ultimate treat. This category offers a whopping 350 sqm, packed with features and gadgets.

Dining and activities

Catering to a varied clientele, Niyama features several dining venues, all with different menus. For example, Epicure, the all-day diner, serves international cuisine. Tribal specializes in South American, Asian and African dishes. The poolside Dune has refreshing summer cocktails, while Fahrenheit is the place for sunset drinks. There is also the unique in-room gourmet delicatessen: the Deli.

The most special place and Niyama’s signature restaurant is the Edge. It’s a fine-dining place, built 500 meters offshore, and only accessible by boat. Below is the world’s first underwater club: Subsix, submerged eight meters down.

Speaking of the firsts, Niyama Private Islands has another one in The LIME, the first in the Maldives 24-hour spa. Here you can come for a treatment at any time, day or night.

When comes to activities, the resort provides boats, buggies, dhoni excursions, scuba diving, photography and filmmaking courses, weekly movie nights (fresh popcorn included), and even a Marine Biology lab. The pavilions are equipped with in-room entertainment systems as well.
