One of the best spots for enjoying the views is the main swimming pool and terrace, sporting comfortable sunbeds. The adjacent pool bar will set you up with a sundowner. Dining is also poolside, the restaurant offering fresh Aegean seafood—though there is also a tavern on the beach, just a short descent from the hotel.

With understated yet luxurious style and subtle attention to detail, Grace is as cool and fashionable as Mykonos hotels get, yet it has a genuine Mediterranean flavor.

What we love

• Champagne breakfasts. Croissants dipped in melted chocolate… Creamy Greek yogurts… Yes, please!
• The VIP suite. It has a private elevator and Jacuzzi-equipped private terrace with spectacular views across the Aegean;
• Complimentary airport transfers and rides to the town;
• Mykonos beaches can be windy, but the Agios Stefanos beach just below Grace is secluded and quiet. It also has a traditional tavern, with adjacent candy-colored beach loungers;
• This boutique hotel is well set up for its size: there is a fitness center, spa, and library lounge.

What you should know

• The hotel is only a 15-minute drive away from Mykonos International Airport and Mykonos Town (less than 10 minutes by car).
• Grace is best suited for couples and groups of friends, though children are also accepted.
• The giant chaise longue by the pool is always in high demand.
• Grace Mykonos is open seasonally, from May through October.
• A good idea is to combine the stay in Mykonos with Santorini. There are direct flights to Santorini during the peak summer months (the flight takes 35 minutes) and the fast sea ferry takes just over 2 hours.
